The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to public transport, including trains and trams. It is also a short distance away from the famous Grand Bazaar. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The bathrooms are well-maintained and equipped with necessary amenities.
The breakfast options at the hotel were limited and lacked variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Mr. Murat, were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is located in a great area, close to public transport and in a very good area. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was standard but they accepted suggestions for improvement.

I can't express how amazing my stay was at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The front desk staff, Ms Gul and Mr Hussein, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a spacious double room instead of a standard single and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The level of service here is truly top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly amazing experience.

During our stay at Valens Hotel, we were impressed by the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
