The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to public transport, including trains and trams. It is also a short distance away from the famous Grand Bazaar. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The bathrooms are well-maintained and equipped with necessary amenities.
The breakfast options at the hotel were limited and lacked variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Mr Murat, were helpful and polite. The hotel is located in a great area, close to public transport and in a very good area. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was standard but they accepted suggestions for improvement.

I can't express how amazing my stay was at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The front desk staff, Ms Gul and Mr Hussein, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a spacious double room instead of a standard single and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The level of service here is truly top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly amazing experience.

They were pretty good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
Despite a minor inconvenience with the air conditioning, the overall experience at Valens Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were updated and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.
